The service
ListJoy is a todo list and note-taking service, currently offered in beta. During beta the service is provided free of charge. Beta means things may occasionally change, break, or be rough around the edges — we'll always do our best to protect your data while we improve.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use ListJoy. You may close your account at any time.
Your content
Everything you put into ListJoy remains yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, back up and display your content to you — that's what running the service requires, and nothing more.
Acceptable use
Don't use ListJoy to store or distribute unlawful content, to attempt to breach the security of the service, or to interfere with other people's use of it. We may suspend accounts that do.
Warranties and liability
ListJoy is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use ListJoy after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
