Colour your projects, keep your place, and find anything
Give a project a colour, keep your cursor where you left it, link straight to any item or section, and move through long lists without waiting.
- Give a project a colour. It shows on the project and beside every to-do filed under it.
- Copy a link to any to-do, note, or section, and share it. Opening the link takes you straight there and highlights it.
- Search rebuilt: labels are searchable, results are grouped, and opening one no longer takes you to a dead page.
- Escape now steps back the way you expect: close the dialog, return to the row you were on, clear the selection, then leave the list.
- After a bulk change, your cursor returns to the row you started on.
- A to-do shows the project it lives in, in that project's colour, with the full path on hover.
- The left menu keeps just Inbox, Today, and Projects; Labels, the Captain's Log, the Archive, and Settings moved to your account menu.
- Long lists are far faster. Moving the cursor with the arrow keys is close to instant, and opening a large project is around ten times quicker.
- Repeat dates preview correctly on every date of the month.

Manage a project from one menu, set repeats and dates with less fuss, and move through your lists faster.
- Manage a project from a single menu: add a sub-project, edit, move, archive, or delete, with a clean dialog for creating and editing.
- Set a repeat right from a to-do: type “every monday”, see the upcoming dates, then make it recur.
- One consistent way to pick a project, label, or due date, in the detail view and as you capture.
- Reorder across sections even when completed items are hidden, and start a new section from a simple dialog.
- Undo a move, and the item returns to exactly where it was.
- Opening Projects and other lists is now much faster.

A cleaner detail view, and lists that move your way
Open any item into a roomier two-column view, and shape and reorder your lists with less friction.
- Open a to-do into a redesigned two-column detail view, with its dates and settings on a side rail.
- Comments now read as a clean feed with a simpler composer.
- Click anywhere on a row to select it — not just the title.
- Reorder a whole block of items at once with the keyboard, across Today, Overdue, and your Inbox.
- Nest projects up to six levels deep.
- Type “tomorrow morning” or “this evening” on a due date and ListJoy picks the time.

Recurring to-dos, and lists your way
Set things to repeat, spot what’s new at a glance, and shape each list to fit.
- Make any to-do repeat — daily, weekly, or on your own schedule — or turn an existing one into a repeat in place.
- A blue dot marks what’s new since you last looked, and clears the moment you open it.
- Drag to reorder Today, and switch any list between Comfortable and Cozy density.
- Capture faster with an inline composer, select many items at once, and export a list to Markdown, plain text, or CSV.

- Save any Slack message to your Inbox with the “Save to ListJoy” shortcut — the message text and a link back come with it.
- Jot a fresh to-do without leaving Slack using the /listjoy slash command.
